Our company began out of necessity. When the owner moved to Asheville (aka AsheVegas) in the mid 1990’s, there was no executive car service available. He saw the potential of the city as a whole and trusted his instinct. Having previously worked for a larger chauffeured transportation company in South Florida that provided service for many events such as the Super Bowl and the Doral Ryder Open, he was ready to offer Asheville locals and its visitors a high end service at competitive rates.
Given the level of service required for such events, our founder saw the need and opportunity for a truly reliable transportation company that could offer superior and unmatched service at competitive prices. Blue Ridge Limousine was started in 2002 and the concept of a company that offered first class, reliable service to ALL of its clients became a reality. With diligence and hard work he built the company’s reputation which led to providing transportation for the Brewgrass Festival, Moogfest, Biltmore Summer Concert series, Engage and many other corporate and privately held events.
